For DEEJANE, music is more than just lyrics and a beat - it's an emotional experience! This experience is what creates the special connections we have to songs. I don't listen to music - I feel it!

Growing up, music was an integral part of everyday life. It was at the epicentre of everything she loved. She has a passion for bringing people joy through music.

Having shown an affinity for music from a very young age. Her rich childhood and exposure to various cultures and demographics have helped form her musical taste; from Anita Baker to Show Dem Camp, to Fela - DEEJANE'S musical taste/palette knows no bounds.

DEEJANE started teaching herself to DJ on her laptop in late 2019. Since then she has been fine-tuning their DJ skills with a unique repertoire of mixes, music elements and playlists. Her career took off in late 2021, propelled by a loyal following that loved the mind-bending sounds of DEEJANE. With influences ranging from 80's/90's R&B to Afrobeats and Pop, this is one DJ who isn’t afraid to innovate and try something new.
